Core Quality Architecture: The Three Audit Vehicles

Vehicle 1: Clinical Framing Protocol Pattern • Rule • Solve (Patrón / Regla / Solución). Eliminates black-box guessing by forcing iterative, problem-framed clinical reasoning.

Vehicle 2: SSoT Regulatory Audit Grounded strictly in federal benchmarks: PAGA 2018 (2nd Ed.), DGA 2025–2030, and ACSM 12th Ed. Commercial fads discarded.

Vehicle 3: Active Verification Token Tactile slider telemetry embedded via exwtoolkit.com. Generates objective verification receipts for SpeedGrader.

Curriculum Corpus: Unified EXW Fleet Architecture (In Plain English Report)

v1.0.0-release+ • 320 Markdown Files • 256 10/10 Exemplar Solves • 56 Live Pages (0 Violations)

In Plain English: Before you read the details below, here is the short version: We turned the entire Exercise and Wellness (EXW) curriculum—readings, labs, NotebookLM notebooks, YouTube video briefings, federal guidelines, and 256 FERPA-de-identified 10/10 student Exemplar Solves—into a single, version-controlled software repository that automatically checks accessibility and syncs to Canvas. Every page, video, clinical rule, and verified student Active Verification defense is stored in one trusted place on the M1/M2 workstations and GitHub, automatically verified for screen readers and 9:1 color contrast before students ever see it. Instead of manually copying, pasting, and fixing broken pages inside Canvas every semester, one command (make all) audits, repairs, and publishes the entire course fleet with zero errors.

1. Faculty-Owned Curriculum-as-Code

All 320 Markdown curriculum & exemplar files across EXW 101, EXW 150, EXW 210, EXW 245, and EXW 265 live in a single Git-tracked repository (EXW-Master-Library). Bi-directional synchronization (make sync and make reverse-sync) ensures local Markdown and the Canvas Rich Content Editor (RCE) never drift apart.

2. Unified 5-Source Instructional Corpus

Unifies (a) Core Course Modules & Labs grounded in PAGA 2018, DGA 2025–2030, ACSM 12th Ed., and NASM OPT; (b) NotebookLM SSoT Modules (make ingest-notebooklm); (c) 70 Verified @AlanPruitt YouTube Briefings & Lectures (make ingest-youtube); (d) M2 Workstation Knowledge Bases (local_imports/); and (e) 256 FERPA-De-Identified 10/10 Student Exemplar Solves & Active Verification Defenses (make ingest-exemplars) for future Choose Your Own Journey scenarios.

3. Automated Accessibility & FERPA Gates

Every commit and push runs a 5-Gate pre-commit linter and live Canvas audit enforcing sequential <h2> → <h3> → <h4> headings, the 9:1 Double-Contrast Guard (#111111 on #FFFFFF), zero decorative emojis, and 100% FERPA PII protection across all 56 live Canvas pages.

4. Daily Telemetry & SpeedGrader Operations

Every submitted Lab and Coaching Sprint (925 / 925) carries tailored Pattern / Rule / Solve coaching feedback bound to Comments for this Attempt, while a daily 7:00 AM MST automated sweep dispatches 1-click SpeedGrader links directly to the Canvas Inbox.

Direct Corpus Links in EXW-Demo (Course 42051): EXW 101 10/10 Exemplar Solves (84) • EXW 150 10/10 Exemplar Solves (87) • EXW 265 10/10 Exemplar Solves (85) • EXW 101 Video Catalog (22) • EXW 150 Video Catalog (1) • EXW 245 Video Catalog (2) • EXW 265 Video Catalog (45) • NotebookLM: PAGA 2018 • NotebookLM: DGA 2025–2030 • NotebookLM: ACSM 12th Ed. • NotebookLM: Special Pops Safety Gates

Renewable Assessments (Open Pedagogy): The Curriculum-as-Code Student Exemplar Flywheel

Process as Product • 256 Peer-Authored 10/10 Solves • 100% FERPA De-Identified

In Plain English: Before you read the details below, here is the short version: In almost every traditional college course, student assignments are “disposable”—a student writes a great paper, the instructor grades it, and it vanishes inside the LMS forever. By turning de-identified 10 / 10 student Pattern / Rule / Solve and Active Verification defenses into version-controlled Markdown inside EXW-Master-Library (make ingest-exemplars), our students become co-architects of the curriculum for future Arizona Western College cohorts. Every semester makes the course fleet smarter, more culturally grounded in Yuma and the Imperial Valley, and harder for generic AI bots to fake.

1. Eliminates “Disposable Assignments”

Instead of synthetic textbook examples written for a generic national audience, future students in EXW 101, EXW 150, EXW 210, EXW 245, and EXW 265 study authentic peer-authored 10 / 10 Exemplars grounded in Telegraph Pass hikes, Yuma agricultural and construction heat shifts, local family kitchens, and bilingual coaching conversations.

2. Choose Your Own Journey Expansion

When students bring lived border-region scenarios into their Part 3 Active Verification Defenses (in both English and Norteño-Spanish), 01_INFRASTRUCTURE/ingest_exemplar_solves.py (make ingest-exemplars) captures those real-world clinical variables so faculty can spin them directly into new Track A / Track B / Track C simulations on exwtoolkit.com.

3. 100% FERPA-Safe & Self-Healing

Every ingested Solve passes through dynamic enrollment redaction (205 identity strings + 158 name tokens verified by pii_security_linter.py), WCAG 3.0 plain-language acronym expansion (argon4_wcag3_plain_language_engine.py), and the 9:1 Double-Contrast Guard before touching Git or Canvas—delivering Open Pedagogy with zero privacy or accessibility risk.

EXW Daily Workflow: M1 (AGY IDE Host) & M2 Curriculum-as-Code Fleet Operations

M1 AGY IDE Cockpit • M2 7:00 AM MST Daemon • Shortcuts (sweep / health / make all)

In Plain English: Before you read the details below, here is the short version: Because the entire EXW curriculum and automation suite live in GitHub (EXW-Master-Library), the M1 workstation serves as the primary interactive Antigravity (AGY) IDE cockpit while the M2 serves as the background automation and local Ollama engine. Every morning at 7:00 AM MST, the M2 daemon checks all live courses and sends a 1-click SpeedGrader digest to the Canvas Inbox. From the M1 AGY IDE (or M2), running sweep, health, or make all lints, remediates, and syncs curriculum to Canvas with zero accessibility errors via the git pull / git push handshake.

Expand M1 / M2 Workstation & CLI Commands Reference (Ver Comandos M1 / M2: sweep, health, make all)

1. M1 (Primary AGY IDE Host) & M2 (Daemon Engine)

M1 Workstation (Interactive Cockpit): Primary Antigravity (AGY) IDE host for curriculum authoring, agentic orchestration, essay publishing, and triggering sweep, health, and make all. M2 Workstation (Background Engine): Runs the unattended 7:00 AM MST launchd daemon (edu.azwestern.exw.dailysweep.plist) and 9.5 GB local Ollama models (exw-argon4, exw-gemma4).

2. Single-Keyword Chat Shortcuts

Type sweep to scan EXW 101, EXW 150, and EXW 265, post tailored Pattern / Rule / Solve attempt-bound SpeedGrader feedback, and generate CRM Engage reports. Type health (or make health) to run the 6-Gate Repository & Live Canvas Fleet Audit across all 8 shells.

3. C-a-C Authoring & Publishing (make all)

Run make all to execute the 4-stage pipeline: (1) make lint (WCAG 2.2 AA & <h2>+ hierarchy), (2) make remediate, (3) make sync (9:1 contrast HTML wrapper), and (4) make audit. Run make reverse-sync to pull Canvas RCE edits back into Git.

4. Ingestion Targets & Two-Machine Handshake

Ingest new assets anytime via make ingest-notebooklm, make ingest-youtube, make ingest-exemplars, or python3 01_INFRASTRUCTURE/ingest_local_workstation_files.py. Always execute git pull origin main when starting a session and git push origin main when stopping on either M1 or M2.

Watch the Foundational TED Talk (18-Min Video) & Its Connection to the Clinical Framing Protocol (Pattern / Rule / Solve):

Across the EXW Course Fleet, The Clinical Framing Protocol (Pattern / Rule / Solve) and Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle (WHY → HOW → WHAT) operate as two halves of the same Centaur workflow: you first diagnose the clinical case and verify the Federal Source of Truth (Pattern → Rule → Solve), and then communicate that intervention from the inside-out so clients and communities understand WHY it protects their lives before hearing HOW and WHAT to do.
